דף מא, ב פרק ד הלכה א גמרא  כהני לויי וישראלי.  על שם (עזרא י) ויעלו מבני ישראל ומן הכהנים והלוים והמשוררים והשוערים והנתינים אל ירושלים בשנת שבע לארתחשסתא המלך.  חללי.  על שם (עזרא ב) ומבני הכהנים בני חביה בני הקוץ אלה בקשתו כתבם המתייחשים ולא נמצאו ויגואלו מן הכהונה.  (עזרא ב) ויאמר התרשתא להם ולמה נקרא שמו התרשתא שהתירו לו לשתות ביין.  התרשא (נחמיה א) ואני הייתי משקה למלך.  אשר לא יאכלו מקדשי הקדשים.  הא בקדשי הגבול יאכלו.  אמר רבי יוסי גדולה היא החזקה מכיון שהוחזקו שם להיות אוכלין אף כאן אוכלין.  ניחא תמן דכתיב (ירמיהו לא) הציבי לך ציונים.  הכא מה אית לך.  כמן דאמר מאיליהן קיבלו את המעשרות.  עד עמוד כהן לאורים ותומים.  וכי אורים ותומים היו באותה השעה בבית שני אלא כאדם שהוא אומר עד שיחיו המתים.  עד שיבא בן דוד.
