דף כא, ב פרק ד הלכה ו משנה  משביע אני עליכם אם לא תבואו ותעידוני שאני כהן שאני לוי שאיני בן גרושה ושאיני בן חלוצה ושאיש פלוני כהן שאיש פלוני לוי שאינו בן גרושה שאינו בן חלוצה שאנס איש פלוני ופיתה את בתו ושחבל בי בני ושהדליק גדישי בשבת הרי אילו פטורין:

דף כא, ב פרק ד הלכה ו גמרא  נפש כי תחטא נפש כי תחטא לגזרה שוה מה נפש כי תחטא שנאמר להלן תבועת ממון ויש לו אף נפש כי תחטא שנאמר כאן תביעת ממון ויש לו.  לית הדא פליגא על ריש לקיש דאמר אין ממון אצל מכות פתר לה כר' מאיר דאמר לוקה ומשלם.  מ"מ לא הפסידו ממון.  כיון דהלה הוה בעי מיתן ליה ולא יהב ליה כמי שהפסידו ממון:
