דף יז, ב פרק ג הלכה א גמרא  ממון אמר רבי מנא קומי רבי יוסי מעתה הבא על אחותו קטנה ילקה וישלם שכן הבא על אחותו בוגרת לוקה חזר ומר גבי אחותו חל עליו תשלומין ומיתה כאחת ברם הכא מכיון שחסם נתחייב מכות ומיכן ואילך בתשלומין התיב רבי זעירא קומי רבי מנא הרי המצית גדישו של חבירו בשבת על שיבולת הראשון חייב מכות מיכן ואילך בתשלומין ולית אמר כן על כל שיבולת ושיבולת יש בה התריית מיתה וכא על כל חסימה וחסימה יש בה התריית מכות רבי יוסי בי רבי בון אמר תרין אמוראין חד אמר בחוסם בתרומה ובקדשים וחרנה אמר בחוסם על ידי שליח שליח לוקה והוא פטור (ויקרא יז) דם יחשב לאיש ההוא ולא לשולחיו שוגג בתרומה ומזיד בחמץ שוגג בתרומה ומזיד בנזיר שוגג בתרומה ומזיד ביום הכיפורים אין תפתרינה בשני דברים ניחא ואין תיפתר בדבר אחד מחלוקת רבי יוחנן ורבי שמעון בן לקיש תמן תנינן אין בין שבת ליום הכיפורים אלא שזה זדונו בידי אדם וזה זדונו בהיכרת הא בתשלומין שניהן שוין מתניתא דרבי נחונייא בן הקנה דרבי נחונייא בן הקנה אומר
