מסכת כלאיים פרק ו

דף כח, א פרק ו הלכה א משנה  איזהו עריס הנוטע שורה של חמש גפנים בצד הגדר שהוא גבוה עשרה טפחים או בצד החריץ שהוא עמוק עשרה ורחב ד' נותנין לו עבודתו ד' אמות.  ב"ש אומרי' מודדין ד' אמות מעיקר גפנים ולשדה וב"ה אומרי' מן הגדר ולשדה.  א"ר יוחנן בן נורי טועין כל האומרין כך.  אלא אם יש ד' אמות מעיקר גפנים ולגדר נותנין לו עבודתו וזורע את המותר וכמה היא עבודת הגפן ששה טפחים לכל רוח.  ור"ע אומר שלשה:

דף כח, א פרק ו הלכה א גמרא  וקשיא על דעתי' דבית שמאי בלא כך אינו אסור משום כרם.  רבי שמעון בן לקיש אמר בעריס המעוקם שנו.  אם בעריס המעוקם שנו בלא גדר אינו אסור משום כרם.  רבי יונה בעי מהו ליזרע בנתים במכוונת הן ואת אמר אסור ליזרע בנתיים.  מהו ליזרע בין הגפנים כמה דתימר גבי מוקשה אסור ליזרע בין הגומות אוף הכא אסור ליזרע בין הגפנים.  רבי יוחנן אמר בעריס המכוון שנו.  אם בעריס המכוון שנו בלא גדר אינו אסור משום כרם נימר <כגון> [בגין] בית הלל תניתה.  אמר רבי חנניה מסתברא מודה רבי שמעון בן לקיש לרבי יוחנן בעריס המכוון שנו <כגון> [בגין] בית הלל.  ומודה רבי יוחנן לר"ש בן לקיש בעריס המעוקם שנו בגין רבי יוחנן בן נורי דרבי יוחנן בן נורי אמר טועין כל האומרים כן.  אין תימר בעריס המכוון שנו
